This Online Temple Space inspires women to learn tribal fusion bellydance (beginners welcome!) and is perfect for teachers who want a guaranteed formula to craft choreography and to hone your skills for improvisation. I have a passion for teaching all about trance and flow states (I'm a qualified acupuncturist and hypnotherapist), and help dancers unlock their creative flow and fall in love with the "process" which develops mastery fast!
The bellydance blueprint is a course within the Temple Space (there are several courses in there!) that provides a step by step process to diversify your movement vocabulary and harness the healing power of trance states through strategies, lessons and ancient exercises.
Unlike other courses that only focus on mainly teaching specific styles and combos, i teach a blueprint that guides you to feel confident in not only developing technique but also creating your own authentic movement alchemy (while learning plenty of combos also!) and I have been on this mission of empowering dancers for over 15 years.

I have found that my dance life is not separate from other areas of my life. The Bellydance Blueprint aims to provide a thorough understanding of good body mechanics and muscular understanding and how it directly relates to the core of Middle Eastern Dance movement and Tribal Fusion Belly Dance.
I started creating this format back in 2012/13. My aim is to empower dancers to find their own style and to tap into the joy of creating their own work that feels alive! I believe that the process of creating your own work that feels authentic and aligned with who you are, is the key to feeling empowered, fulfilled and consistently inspired, which is the key to maintaining regular practice.
The teaching methodology has been developed as a result of 12 years experience in American Tribal Style Belly Dance (certified ATS teacher), Tribal Fusion as well as incorporating key concepts from Classical belly dance and Classical Indian Dance (Bharatanatyam).
